Sandra J. Covaleski, CCIM (Principal Associate Broker) offers a diverse background of knowledge with her many years of experience in real estate, property management and accounting. She earned her BBA from Saginaw Valley State University and is an Accredited Business Accountant. Sandra served as a Director of the Commercial Board of Realtors (CBOR) 2004-2010, which is a statewide commercial real estate board and is currently VP of the Bangor Brownfield Tax Authority. She is a member of Building Business Now(BNI), Noon Optimist Club, Energize Bay Area Young Professionals, and an Ambassador for the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce. Sandra works diligently in a professional manner to bring the right parties together, keep the deal going and close for a win-win situation.
Ryan T. Nagel (Salesperson & Marketing Intern) offers sales and marketing insight through his collegiate education and unique professional experiences. He plans to earn his BBA in Marketing including a minor in Entrepreneurship in May 2012 from Saginaw Valley State University, where he has consistently earned the President's List. Ryan is a member of the Saginaw 1 BNI® (Business Network International) Chapter. Ryan pairs a strong work ethic with a professional approach to achieve superior results. He is capitalizing on the latest edge of marketing tools available to Commercial Equities.
Ralph H. Trepkowski II (Salesperson) offers more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality business including franchise restaurants, full-service dining, taverns/lounges, full service catering and property management. Ralph joined Commercial Equities in 2007 and specializes in assisting in start-up and expanding businesses. He is well connected with local authorities and knowledgeable on current statewide regulations.
