The company is focused on a program of acquisition, development and redevelopment of real estate to achieve an investment and a win-win situation. Sandra J. Covaleski, CCIM (Principal Associate Broker) offers a diverse background of knowledge with her many years of experience in real estate, property management and accounting. She earned her BBA from Saginaw Valley State University and is an Accredited Business Accountant.  Sandra also earned her CCIM(Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, the highest designation in commercial real estate, in 2011 and is currently a Director of the CCIM Michigan Chapter.  Sandra served as a Director of the Commercial Board of Realtors (CBOR), which is a statewide commercial real estate board, in 2003-2010. She is a member of the Michigan and National Association of Realtors, CBOR, CCIM, Noon Optimist Club, Energize Bay Area Young Professionals and Bay Area Chamber of Commerce. Sandra works diligently in a professional manner to bring the right parties together, keep the deal going and close for a win-win situation.
