She earned her BBA from Saginaw Valley State University and is an accredited business accountant. Sandra is a Director of the Commercial Board of Realtors (CBOR), which is a statewide commercial real estate board as well as the Bangor Brownfield Tax Authority. She is a member of Building Business Now(BNI), Bay Future and the Bay Area Chamber. Sandra works diligently in a professional manner to bring the right parties together, keep the deal going and close for a win-win situation.
Ralph H. Trepkowski II (salesperson) offers more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality business including franchise restaurants, full-service dining, taverns/lounges, full service catering and property management. Ralph joined Commercial Equities in 2007 and specializes in assisting in start-up and expanding businesses. He is well connected with local authorities and knowledgeable on current statewide regulations.
